Credit Card with Rewards

Does anyone know any credit card that offers rewards like air miles or any other rewards? I use my credit card a lot every month (paying suppliers etc) and get zero benefit from Bank of Ireland Mastercard.

AIB Platinum gives 0.5% cash back up to around €250 a year. I got the full €250 last year, so better than nothing. Even moderate use would pay the stamp duty. Would prefer airline rewards but nothing out there. Tesco offers club card points I think.

I have the Tesco card, and I use it for all my work travel etc.

There are 3 credit card reward offers.

    (1) KBC:
    - 1% cash back on grocery shopping.
    - Cap: €120 a year, €10 per month.

    (2) Tesco:
    - 0.5% cash back on all expenditure, 1% on Tesco shopping.
    - Cap: None.

    (3) AIB Platinum:
    - 0.5% cash back on expenditure.
    - Minimum expenditure before reward starts: €5,000.
    - Cap: Expenditure of €50,000.

For light usage, KBC is probably best as the percent is high but the cap is low.
For medium usage, Tesco is probably best.
For heavy usage, AIB Platinum is probably best.
For very heavy usage, Tesco is probably best as there is no cap.

I use the AIB platinum and usually get around 20e back each month. If you clear your balances each month it works very well for you.

Holy guacamole! I'm already missing my US credit cards and my eyes water when I see this!

Amex Bluecash preferred = 6% cb on groceries, capped @$6,000 p.a. ($75 annual fee)
Barclay Sallie Mae = 5% on gas for $250/mo and 5% on groceries for $250/mo
Chase/Discover = 5% for rotating categories up to $1,500 per quarter
pretty much all other cards = either 3% on groceries/gas (BofA, Credit union) or 2% on EVERYTHING WITHOUT CAPS (Citi, Fidelity)

What exactly does it take to get approved for a Tesco card, especially when you have no such thing as a credit history in Ireland? Do they care if I show them my current US FICO credit report?

Jesus, amex etc must fleece the merchants that deal with them if they can afford to pass on 6% back to the customer.

Well first off Amex is not know for being the cheapest network lol. Secondly one of the few things I like about America is the (mostly, compared to Europe) free market economy. There is no government who would dare to cap credit card transaction fees to 1.25% or whatever it is in the EU now... On the flip side, many merchants just do not except Amex cards for this very reason and even Costco just recently switched to Visa after being partners with Amex for like 16 years or so.
