Can anyone recommend a free image editor online where you can edit/delete text that's already on an image.

You can't remove/edit text without damage to the image so you will need to do quite some work to hide/mask this. You then just add new text..

For Windows I'd say it's Paint.net all the way there..

    +1 for Paint.net

    Great little program.

GIMP is free and purports to have most of the features of photoshop, but I found it very non intuitive to use.

I bought a copy of Photoshop Elements a few years ago for less than 100 euros a few years back and it was a great investment.
(plus I can put Photoshop down on my CV :pac: )
