ROS queries time

Has anyone ever made an enquiry via the ROS MyEnquiries system? I sent through a question on Monday because I just couldn't get through to an operator but I've still heard nothing back? How long does it normally take? They say 20 working days on the website, but I'd assumed that was just a maximum and it wouldn't actually take that long!

It would really depend on the type of query, and the level of backlog that your local office would have.

In general, online correspondence is meant to be given priority attention, but this is not always the case

I'm still waiting. It's via myAccount? Which is the same as ROS I think? It's a brutal system

I sent an email query. I got a response 18 months later . I think the guy said he was on a career break or something.

used the ROS queries and got an answer in about 8 days. Used the PAYE version on MyAccount and got it sorted within 24 hours.

Its a bit hit or miss I think.

I sent in a question back in February as I am always at work when their phonelines are open. Still waiting for an answer.

I'm still waiting and I can never seem to get through to the place when I ring! There are about 10 different systems/schemes mentioned here with fancy marketing names, none of which seem synced up and some of which have broken links? Surely it's easy to just outsource CS like ESB Networks, etc do? Can't make it worse, it's an absolute mess as it is!

I just rang them - you get told how long you will be in the queue. About two minutes for me. Very helpful.
