    Hi
Had concrete put in yesterday. 7m x 9m with 2 expansion strips.

Do I need to keep it wet for a while ?

    I can't find a consensus on Google

It's not that warm here but didn't rain today either.

Will I give it a spray?

In appreciate this is too late for you but...
Curing concrete is weather dependent. You can get a spray-on curing compound. Before that compound was invented the 'cure', so to speak, was to cover the surface, after an hour, or so with hessian or other heavy material and to keep that damp.
