S6 software update bricked phone

Hi all,

Downloaded Kies3 last Thursday and backed up my phone. Then tried to use it to update the software. During the update you are issued with a recovery key. I save it to text file and proceeded with the update. It failed. I was prompted to put in the recovery key, which I tried...it didn't work!
Has anyone else s phone died during this process?
Phone outta warranty due to a little swim two weeks after I got it. Worked fine after digitizer was replaced and that was over 6 months ago!
Any help/suggestions please?

Can you boot the phone into recovery or bootloader (download mode)? Google for the button combinations. If u can get into either you mightnt b feckd yet

Hey,
Tried it but as I can't get the phone into Recovery Mode it wouldn't work! I loved that phone! will see whats up on EGlobal.
