Just wondering today, do many fill out their own or does everyone have an advisor do it?
I filled mine out this year online and as there were no changes to parcels fron last year and I am green by definition it is handy out, I hope. Maybe I will regret it if my payment is held up.

Same as that. As you say nothing to it when you have the same area as last year. Nothing much to it anyway. Had a few bits to change last year and sorted it myself.

lads could do worse than to kick off the wellies and spend more time sorting out their business inside at the kitchen table.

True. It is the most profitable half an hour of the year.

Doing this myself this year for the first time. No changes from last year.
Is it just a case of tick the boxes for ANC and t's & c's and click submit?
Appreciate any advice from anyone that has their one submitted!

Did it ourselves, was tempted to go with adviser as hoping to get him to do soil samples etc, but €120 for what took less time than the kettle to boil

Was it just tick the 2 boxes and hit submit?

Ya it's ANC tick followed by a couple of next's, then t & c tick followed by submit?

Yes, that's all I had to do as nothing has changed from last year.

Did the last few years myself and no bother

this year is a nightmare...Glas - new parcles generated and not showing on the BPS application

and of course hanging on the other end of the phone with the last 8 days

OK so if everything is the exact same as last year....nothings changed at all....its perfectly safe to do it online?!

I'm booked in to meet with the Teagasc fella Thursday but could do with freeing up the time! I wouldn't have too much faith in the department and their computer skills! I don't want this to backfire, God knows last thing we want is to miss the money!

I'm doing the online application since 2005 :)

Its very east to do it yourself. You can also amend a submitted application afterwards if you need to.

Just make sure the ANC tick box is ticked (if applicable) and then when you review the parcels at the end before hitting submit the ANC box should be ticked for all eligible parcels.

Hey! any advice on how I go about editing the parcel locations on the maps? the boundary lines of my claimed area for the parcels are wrong (shifted over causing an over claim on other farmers and mine each year). I change the lines each year on the postal application each year but it always causes delays on my payment and am getting sick of it! ringing the department is like banging your head against a brick wall, so frustrating!

Hopefully someone can help on this one. I have a few extra acres to put down this year. I can't get the lpis number for each field from the previous owner. How do I go about finding it?

For my online application, there is no boxes to tick on individual land parcel in the land details section. I can only tick the box on the first page to say that I am applying for anc. Under application summary it is showing 0 ha under anc. Is this right or have I a cliche in my application?

There is if my memory serves me right a box at the end whereby you can type any notes about your application and explain any issue you may have had with your application, as I did before with being unable to tick anc box, wasn't penalised for issue as had mentioned it in notes
