buddy bought a 3 yr old Hyundai at auction and brought to dealer who supplied car originally for servicing and repairs.
He has some problem with screen for radio , however he has been told that while car has 5 yr. warranty - radio only has 3 yrs warranty . he asked to see copy of warranty but was refused.

is this normal warranty with radio ? the car had a service plan from new which buddy can use - he only found this out at dealer - so they have treated him ok aside from this.

Ive heard this before about Kia's, 7yr warranty, but various items have less of a warranty.
A friend who owns a c'eed had his radioi fail after 3 yrs and was told the same
