Recommend a CV service

Out of the blue it looks like redundancy is on the cards for me. In my job since 2000, never thought it would come to this.

Have updated my CV but thinking about it I think it might be worth investing a little money into having someone completely rewrite it. I've read some online reviews and websites but just wondering if anyone has any personal experience.

Looked into it last year & was quoted between €175 & €300.

Used an ATS compatible template and then got a recruiter to go over it, couple of small tweaks were required.

Thanks. My issue is that I've only ever had two jobs and they couldnt be further apart, same goes for my degree and masters. I think it might be worth paying for a professional to help frame this and sell my skills better than I can.

Engineers Ireland have career consultants listed. They are about €350 for non members but cover cv, interview preparation and so forth.

Hiya, there's been a few waves of redundancies in my company, and every time they've asked Carr Communications to come in the office and do 1 on 1 CV evaluation and interview training with affected employees.
