    I really want a career change and I want to do a course in IT..since I was young I had a passion for computers. Aiming first for Customer Service Support and try to advance/learn as much I can from there.
    What do you recommend to start with considering that I am working full time at the moment?
    My Plan:
    Comptia A+, Network+ ,Security + and after to start the Microsoft certifications.
    What do you think?

    Comptia A+, Network+ then you will see what you like and maybe make a decision from there.
