Grinding noise on new casette

    Just put on new ultegra cassette. Was 105 on it. It's 10speed on fulcrum racing 5 wheels. used the same spacers for wheel as before and went on fine. It is spinning freely in my hand however there is a bit of a slight grinding noise coming from cassette/hub. Any thoughts what it is and how to sort. Don't think it's hub as spinning very well.

    Does the noise only happen when you are pedaling? If so and this is a new cassette, when did you last change the chain?

    Is this when you refit the wheel to the bike? something rubbing against the cassette maybe?

    Thanks lads. All sorted. Had over tightened locknut on cassette.

    Jaysus ya must have been hanging outta of the locknut tool!
