Zinc Cladding

Hi folks,

Can anyone let me know how much zinc cladding for a house is. A friend has proposed using zinc cladding for the roof and upper story of the proposed 2 story house I am hoping to build (subject to planning). The ground floor will have a brickwork finish.

Can anyone provide me with a rough price for zinc cladding. I'm not sure how zinc cladding is priced, so I have included the below suggestions;

Price per standard length/width?
Price per square meter?
Cost in comparison to using brick (on the walls)?
Cost in comparison to using slates/tiles (on the roof)?

I forgot to mention that the proposed roof design is a mono pitched roof / slopping flat roof.

Zinc will be more expensive than slate.
Brick will be more expensive than block
