DIY Fence Help!!

    Ho Guys, have a new patio going in next week and want to run a fence around the outside of it. Something like a decking rail with a gate, it's so i can let a dog into and out of the patio. Anyway's i've had a quick look and there are railing kits in B and Q but not sure these are suitable, sometime timber from there can be a bit flimsy. Any suggestions on where i might pick on up. Only a small are to be finced about 15 metres long. Any help greatly appreciated :-)
