OK we have a well, and had a std Joule 300 Litre twin coil tank, but due to issues with the water, it has eating at the tank and its now leaking.

we have since installed a water treament system and testd ithe water all seems ok now.

But we need to replace the tank, what is the best tank to replace with so the well water wont affect it again

    Thanks

You should be ok if you have a treatment system in place. but Copper is supposed to be better for hard water which was your problem. But I'd talk to Joule they'll advise you properly and are nice to deal with from my own personally experience.

    I've no connection with them.

You need to get the "treated water" tested to see if it is still corrosive: treated water means different things to different folk.

For aggressive water, explore the use of a sacrificial anode

That's why I suggested talking to Joule, I know they put them in some of their Cylinders for that very purpose.

Your also quite right Treatment comes in many different forms. you need to identify what your particular problem is. Which a water test will do.
But i would have assumed you got that done in the first instant.
