Template for Separation agreement

    Does anyone have a standard template for a separation agreement? I have the general template for my statement of means, and am wondering whether a standard template exists also for a separation agreement?

    Thanks. I have read that thread but didn't see any specific link to a template. I have located a template online which is available for a small fee and will probably buy that if I can't find any free template.

    Hi John,
    I'm looking for similar. Did you manage to get the online template? If so, could you direct me to it please? Also, how did you make sure this was legally binding?
