Could i be liable down the road

So ill try to outline my issue:

About 15 years ago i was given a site for free from my parents…. Then 6 years later I give the remainder of the field. Both are under different folios. Total land area is only a few acres in my name now.

Theres roughly 60 acres which will be given to a sibling along with a house, garage etc…. theres no issue with this on my end.

However I have a feeling not everything has been 100% above board with regards revenue dating back 30 years or so….. i.e. there could be an outstanding tax bill seeing as I was gifted 3 acres could I be come liable for the short comings of my parents….. even worse could they try to sell some of the land gifted to me…. Some of the land is on the deeds of my mortgage and the remainder is in my name.

This is not a tax avoidance question just a query as im not sure if this is an issue here or not…. Any solicitors on here willing to comment on this?
