Clients requesting native artwork/files

    Sorry, if this has been done before.
    I want to begin to draft a formal contract to spell out to prospective clients at the quote stage that they do not own any layered/original files and native artwork (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

    It's the age old chestnuts that designers must deal with as highlighted in this article.

    I plan to get the document formally written by a copyright lawyer but it's explaining it and putting the correct words down on paper.
