    From what I have read April is the egg laying time in Ireland, depending on weather.

    Sorry for hi-jack of thread!

    A friend of mine has sheep lambing at the moment and is having problems with grey crows and asked me to reduce the number of crows, is there a season for this type of vermin control?

    Nope, you can shoot them at any time of the year if they are being pests.
