    Not much to say except every Monday outside the castle at 7, road bike and a helmet are about all you need, after a couple of spins you will be required to join the club and Cycling Ireland.

    If we get enough numbers I will run 10am on a Sunday morning.

    I am very unfit, only back after a two year absence, so you're in good company.
