What do you mean by the clutch is making noise?

Is it juddering when you're releasing the clutch pedal?
Is the release bearing making noise when you're releasing the clutch pedal in neutral?
Does the engine sound like a bag of spanners at idle?

In any case you will need to do the flywheel as well as the clutch. I don't know about VAG prices but it could cost up to €1,000 for a new DMF and clutch.

It depends on what is actually wrong with the clutch.
What is it that makes the noise? Pedal, somewhere in the engine bay?

Maybe best to get let a mech listen to it and give you an opinion and quote.

€900 or so would be the average price to replace the full clutch and flywheel on your car.

Engine sounds noisy when idle. When you press clutch noise goes away. I was told it was the dual mass clutch.

Yeah the dual mass flywheel* has failed. It a fairly common problem with all cars. George has given you a rough price

A lot of garages tend to replace these with solid mass flywheels, would still cost at least €700
