    The past two months I have started blushing really bad and now it's put me to tears today it got so bad I found myself running away from work colleges that were just talking to me about normal things I didn't know where to go I tried to get away from everyone. People I would have considered good friends I now avoid because I know they have good banter nothing embarrassing but still makes me red. Is there any medication I can take I can't afford therapy please don't suggest it. This is ruining my life and I have no idea where it's come from but I have enough

    I'm afraid it is not permitted to seek or give medical advice on Boards. There are some medical conditions that can cause severe blushing so the best advice would be to speak to your GP to get a proper diagnosis first.
    They will be able to discuss the best treatment options with you. This is obviously very distressing for you so take a trusted friend or family member with you for support if you can.

    Hi, are you still suffering with this?
    You should try hypnotherapy. There are some great websites that allow you to download mp3 tracks and don’t cost much. They really helped me.
