I'm looking to do my theory test in the next few months. My passport is in my maiden name, so do I have to put that on the form or could I use my married name and bring my marriage cert? Thanks!

I'm sure if you bring your passport and marriage cert. they will put it all in whatever name you use now.
You could ring them in advance to check.
