For those of you have visited/golfed Ireland's south west, west and north west coastlines, do you have any recommendations of where to stay or eat. I'm not looking at the five star side of things - more the budget end accommodation and good value grub.

Essentially I'm looking at Kenmare, Tralee, Ballybunion, Lahinch, Sligo and Donegal towns, Ballina, Belmullet, Enniscrone, Downings, Buncrana.

All thoughts welcome - and much appreciated.
    Thanks
    K

don't forget Ceann Sibeal in Dingle and you can always take in a star wars or a dolphin sightseeing tour too
