Hi, I'm interested in a career with the Bank of Ireland 365 as I have lots of experience in customer service roles and reaching targets. However, I don't currently hold any QFA qualifications, or any of the other qualifications required in order to have a career in a bank.

Is it necessary to have these beforehand or can someone apply and undertake these exams within their probation period, and if so, how do you go about applying, thanks.
