Investor profile of Irish Plc's

Just wondering, is it possible to view the investor profile of certain Irish Plc's as at the date of their last annual report say? Would this be publicly available information from the ISE or LSE? As in, how much of the company is owned by XYZ Asset Management, private investors, pension funds, corporates etc. Thanks
