Lads, I've been waiting for a parcel for a few days, decided to track it. Here's what I got:

    Status: DELIVERED
    Location: DUBLIN PARCEL CENTRE
    BALLYMOUNT RD
    DUBLIN 12
    Date: 11-Apr-16
    09:51
    Receiver Name:
    GRAEME

    What does that mean now?

Looks like parcel was delivered today.

Where you at home around 9:51 am today? Do you recognize the name, maybe a neighbour? check if it was left with neighbor, some postmans do that when not at home. If not contact anpost customer service and ask them to investigate, I would also contact the local sorting office (might find number on google) or the Dublin Parcel Center (if you can find a number)

Nope, I was home at that time. Will call an post in that case.

I've seen that "Status: DELIVERED Location: DUBLIN PARCEL CENTRE" recently on a couple of my parcels too, it really means "delivered to the delivery depot, it'll be delivered by the postman next business day"

I never seen that on mine, it shows as "On Route To Customer" even while moving between depots. But might depend what sorting office is going to.

I rang An Post, they said the parcel was delivered to a Dublin address (which is hardly my address as Im in Co. Kildare).
Emailed CeX, shall see what they say

Wouldnt be surprised if CEX mixed up tracking numbers between customers and you're following somebody elses package.

Thank you for writing to us and apologies for the delay in replying to you.

Your order was delivered to the Dublin Parcel center and it will be sent back to us. Could you please confirm if you would want this to be reshipped or would you like it to be refunded. Accordingly, I will go ahead with your request.

    Ughhhhhhh....

The tracking should have more info.

Usually if a parcel is going back there has been attempted delivery and three days wait for collection.

This would mean that if cex are correct, the parcel had attempted delivery last Monday.

However with a name stated its probably a wrong tracking or some other cock up by the sender.

Exactly the same happened to me recently, signed for, said dleivered to the local parcel depot. Went to the depot and it turns out the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. The business at the other address hadn't realised so it was just sitting there. To give credit to An Post they managed to work out where the parcel had been incorrectly delivered to, went and collected the parcel & delivered it to me. Turns out the regular postie was on leave, so it was someone else doing the route and that's most likely why it was incorrectly delivered.
