    Hi,

I am applying for the grant for the upcoming year but I am having a problem as to who my grant is assessed on. I have already emailed SUSI but they have replied with an answer that is going to cause me great difficulty. I live with my aunt in Cavan and have done for 2+ years. I left my house due to reasons beyond my control. SUSI have said they will not assess my Aunt's income unless I have a court order document to prove that she is my guardian. I left when I was 18 and can no longer be in contact with my parents, the address I am registered at is my aunt's. Why is it a problem assessing my aunt? I honestly cannot contact my parents, besides their on the dole. What can I do?
