Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

Mortgage Approval with bad credit?

    Last year I received a bad mark on my credit history for not paying my credit card due to not receiving the correspondence as I moved house and asked them to update my address and they didnt. I forgot about the card for a while. the total amount was 1200, once I became aware that I had received the bad mark I paid it immediately but they wouldn't remove it.
    Will this affect my mortgage application? I'm so worried!

    HAPPENED TO ME THIS YEAR

    MINE WAS A GOVERMENT LEVY I FORGOT ABOUT - & LATE PAYMENT DUE ON CREDIT RATING

    REFUSED A MORTGAGE BASED ON €100.00 WICH WAS €30.00 LEVY + INTEREST
