I'd say your best bet is to get the bus from bus aras to Belfast (europa hotel) and then go from there to lurgan or Portadown - there should be a stop in Craigavon if you check the ulsterbus site for routes? Obviously there's the train too but that's more expensive

    Bus Eireann/Ulsterbus X1 Dublin-Belfast, Ulsterbus 250 or 51 Belfast - Craigavon

Ulsterbus X4 Dublin - Armagh, Ulsterbus 250 Armagh - Craigavon

Rail Dublin - Portadown, Ulsterbus (various routes) Portadown - Craigavon

Use the Translink journey planner for specific times.

Looking at Google Maps it quotes 4hrs and 7mins by bus, which is taking the bus to Belfast and then going back by bus to Lurgan/Craigavon/Portadown. That would break any sane person's spirit. Surely taking the train directly to Portadown and then a local bus to wherever you are going to in Craigavon is the sanest thing to do? Translink have a comprehensive service and their website will help you get easily to where you want to go.

Some parts of Craigavon are close enough to Portydown to walk it, if you are feeling lively. But yeah, it's not too far away by bus or even a cab.

the Translink journey planner is a bit crazy.
The quickest way is indeed to go to Portadown by train, walk to Portadown high street (5min walk) and theres a bus every 10 or 15 min to the place known as Craigavon. Sure its only a couple of miles anyhow to "Craigavon", so a cab from the station wouldnt cost the earth.
