Can't log into account.

    Hi,

    I set up an account over the phone on Saturday. I was told I would receive a confirmation e-mail but it never came through. When I try set up one on the website it says my account number is already in use. When I try get the password sent on it it says my e-mail is not set up with an account. I reckon on the phone my details were taken down wrong. Can I pm my e-mail and account number to see if it can be rectified?

    Are you referring to an online billing or Powering Rewards account?

    We need the following information to look into this for you:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your email address
    • Your date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We will then be able to look into your query.
