Making a will

    Hi folks.

My wife and I have an appointment with a solicitor this week to arrange a will.

We don't currently have children but all going well we will have in the future.

What kinds of things will we need to decide upon?

Ie will we be asked about guardianship of children in the event of mortality of both of us?

Completely new to this so any advice would be appreciated.

you may not be asked but bring it up or you will need to amend the will in the near future.

Have a point by point of all the current and future areas you want covered.

Have guardians agreed, have financial arrangements for future children agreed.
