Was doing PLC. Out sick for the last 2 months with glandular fever, will not be returning or sitting exams. Can I claim disability now? Do I have to inform SUSIE?

Yes, tell SUSI. You may have to repay for the period to which you were not attending.

Disability, ask on State Benefits but if you are no longer studying but cannot job hunt due to illness then I would assume so.
