Japan Rail Pass - Where to buy?

I'm visiting China and Japan over the next two weeks and was looking at picking up a Japan Rail pass. I was wondering where is best to pick up this pass? I'm leaving Wednesday so may have left it a little late so was wondering if there's anywhere in Ireland I can pick it up right away? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just to note you can't get one in Japan - so the two agents linked above are your best bet.

Could probably also pick one up in China too.
