Spending prepay credit in the Play Store

I have two Three mobile payg sims. One in my phone & one in a router - Huawei 593.22. I use my spare credit on the phone sim in the Play Store via my phone but I am also building up credit on the router sim. Does anyone know how I can use this in the play store without taking the sim out & putting it in a phone ?
