What song is this song sampling?

Ok this is wrecking my head. I heard this song about an hour ago and I recognise one of the songs it's sampling but I can't figure out what it's called. If I remember right it's an 80s electro pop song. Here's the track I'm on about. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bR81-VT3kj8 If any one can figure it out I'd appreciate it.
