Putting flat bars of my Defy

    I have one of these and never really use it .

    Its a bit sporty for nipping to the shops and i'm not out doing big ride outs.

    What exactly would I need to buy to make it into a hybrid temporarily .

    Not something I'd personally bother with. Lots of work. New handlebars. New brake levers. New shifters.

    Much simpler to sell it and buy a secondhand Giant Rapid or similar.

    That said, if you're good with the mechanical stuff and fancy a project, then fire away.

    I'm sure others here can give you an idea of the cost.
