Hi there, I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with public service recruitment panels? I was hoping to get some insight into how they work? If someone is on a panel but doesn't get an offer immediately are they likely to get an offer later on?

It usually depends on where you are on the panel and what job competition it was.

Some can go to high numbers, others not so high.

Hard to help ya without knowing which competition or what ballpark your place on the panel is.

If you wanna keep it secret, no problem, you might still be able to check the other threads on this board. Maybe your job competition is already being discussed.
