    Q5: Can you change credit from one account to another account?
    If an Irish Water customer passes away, it is possible for the person who took over liability for water charges at the property to receive a refund if there is outstanding credit remaining on the account. We would require proof of payment towards water bills at the property in order to generate this refund.
