Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

My daughter received a court summons for a non payment of a T.V license. My daughter lives with us so the T.V license should be in my name. Apart from this the summons was issued on the 5th of October 2015 and she's due in court on the 8th of April 2015. As the name is wrong and the court date is a year out, what action do you think she should take?

These are the options i gave her:

    1. She should skip the court date as it is the wrong year so realistically she is not doing any wrong and then wait for a warrant for her arrest and then sue the court for wrongful arrest.

    2. Go to the court clerk on the day and show its the wrong date and get it dismissed

    Thanks in advance
