Hey i was wondering if I can still qualify for LCVP if i were to drop accounting now as the reason i qualify is due to the business/accounting grouping. ive already put down accounting on the form we were given to fill out with our lc subjects but want to drop it now

Will you still be attending classes in accounting or have you switched subject altogether?

im not switching classes im just dropping it and will just be sitting at the back of the class studying something else. im still doing 7 other subjects including LCVP if i do drop it. ive also handed in my LCVP portfolio already if that makes any difference

Technically then you are still doing the subject. You should run it past your LCVP co-ordinator.

I know the computers in Athlone are set up to reject certain subject combinations, so it's possible they will not process LCVP without a result in each required subject, but check with your co-ordinator. They will know if it has happened before.

My immediate thought is that you'll be OK, but best double check.
