Should I order from littlewoods

I want to order a few things from littlewoods but i looked up some reviews online and the website looks like a scam, really bad customer care, not giving refunds, fake promo codes, lost orders and refusing to give customers their money back or give any help at all. Customers who sent back returns and cant get a refund. There's a dress, coat and bag on their website that I really want but dont want to lose my money either.

Has anyone experience with them? do they deliver by post or courier? can i trust them?

I have ordered from little woods a few times over the last few years both paying up front and the credit option. Never had any issues - I cant remember if it is an post or courier who deliver as it is always left at the management company for me but I have returned things with no problem and used their promo codes... Only reason I stopped haven't used it recently is because their prices are generally way higher than other places even if you just want to pay by card and not set up an account.. For peace of mind just make sure you use either a credit card or a debit visa/mastercard - if something does go wrong then you always have the chargeback option!

Littlewoods is a legit site. Haven't bought from them in years but I'd trust them.

I saw a TV show recently that said that Littlewoods and very.co.uk are the same people but Very is cheaper because they have a different target audience. Try there too because they sell exactly the same stuff.

I bought many things over the years with littlewoods I am actually on my last payment of a item I bought a while back I have never had any problems, when I get anything deliver it is usually by a courier service

That's the thing about social media. You only see the bad stuff. How many people post about their positive experiences with a company on the company website?

Littlewoods are a great company, always order lots off them. Delivery is fast and free, returns are free and money is returned quickly.
Discount code if your with 3 network, great sales if you can't be bothered to go to shops.
Stop moaning and stop reading the negatives and just order

im not moaning snoopy, i never ordered from them before and have had problems with ordering things online in the past, i don't have money to lose. Its a public forum where people come to ask questions, that's the point of it.

Well there's nothing stopping you ordering then.
Honestly I've ordered loads and never had any issues

Little woods is really good, I'm a new customer and have bought 3 dresses from them now and returned a 4th one, the quality of the dresses is very good and arrive within a week of ordering. Had no problem with them refunding money into my account after returning the 4th dress.
