carers allowance - payments not collected

I recently was awarded carers allowance to be paid into the post office, the letter stated to collect using a social welfare services card which would issue shortly. Three weeks passed, two payments and no card , I rang local sw office and have appointment tomorrow to get a temporary card would have done this weeks ago but…

Anyway having no experience with payments I am wondering how to get the payments that I didn't collect while I was waiting for the card. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Ask them when you go in to get the card.
