    Hi all!

I need to make a traditional Greek recipe, we call it "Staka", which is made from fresh sheep milk. You cannot make this with pasteurized milk, nor with any other milk from the SuperMarket. It needs to be fresh, whole, unprocessed sheep milk.

So, do you know if and where can I find milk?

I line in Galway, but since it's something we do few times a year, I can travel to get it.

If I do that in Greece, I will end up in hospital to remove the coarse salt from my rear... :o
