Outlook contacts

I've migrated from windows phone to android today. Feel daft asking this but I can't seem to see my outlook contacts. I've added the account, and in contacts selected "Contacts to Show" as Outlook, but nothing appearing. I'm assuming I don't need to export/import into google contacts, so what am I likely doing wrong?
