Much like Forums, the discussions (or Threads as they're called) that take place on the site can be followed so you can find them more easily. Much like Forums, the discussions (or Threads as they're called) that take place on the site can be followed so you can find them more easily. You'll see the Follow button on the top left of every Thread (between the Reply and the Social Media Sharing buttons) and on the bottom of the page above the Quick Reply box. You will be able to choose the frequency with which you receive email updates about the thread which you can change at any time in your Control Panel.
