    What is the most interesting business / local profession from your community?

    Be it a local business or trade that has been going years or something more recent.

    Mine is a local hurley maker who carries out his trade in a rat infested, almost abandoned, shed type building that used to be his family home. :)

    Maybe a bit tongue-in-cheek but it is a fascinating way of making a living when you have half the country stuck to computers. Anyone else have any ideas?
