Microsoft outlook user defined columns

    Who knows if anyone will be able to understand but When adding a user defined column into the a mailbox on outlook, is there any way to add a value to hundreds of mails at once to the user defined field column instead of one by one..

    So you're saying if you create a custom field you then want to be able to assign certain emails to that field?

    Have you tried selecting all the relevant emails first (click on first then shift click on last or Ctrl click to select individual emails from the list ) and then made an entry in the relevant field on one of the still selected entries ?
