Anyone used Dublin Airport Concierge service recently?

Airport Genie used have something where someone would help you with your bags from checkin through to the plane. I see that's been replaced with the Concierge service instead, but the listing is a bit vague - it says you get assisted to the gate, but not sure if that's just someone walking along beside you saying "there's the gate". Some pages make reference to being escorted to the gate, others mention "an extra pair of hands to guide you".

If anyone has used them recently do you know if they'll take your carry on luggage/shopping for you? Will they bring you through to US gates, or leave you at the US border queue? Will they stop off in a lounge/go shopping with you?

Alternatively, can anyone see a phone number to call to ask them these questions?

I used it just before Christmas as I was flying to London with my baby girl.
I had the option of the helper meeting me from my car or bus but as I was travelling to the airport by taxi I didn't need that particular aspect of the service.
I met the girl near the check in desk and she helped me with my bags and putting tags on the buggy etc. She was of particular help going through security as she could hold the baby or help to fold up the buggy and put it through the scanner.
When I got through that part of the trip she asked if I wanted to be left on my own from there and I said if she would stay with me while I nipped to the bathroom that would be great. Then I said I was happy enough to wander around the shops and let me little girl out of the buggy to stretch her legs in the play area (this was T1) and if she would meet me at time XX and help us to the plane that would be great.
So she met me at the appointed time and place and came as far as the steps of the plane with me where she helped to fold down the buggy again and hand it over to the handling staff.

It was well worth the money. I was flying out of Gatwick and they had no such service and while the staff at security were helpful I did have to rely on the kindness of strangers to help get my buggy and baby from the terminal building (down 2 flights of steps and no lift available) to the plane.

My wife uses it with the kids. Great for getting through security with bottles of milk, buggies and toilet needs.
