Where should I store my apartment title documents ?
Should I go for some document storage firm or ask my solicitor whom I have not seen in years to store them ? which is the safest ?
There are several document /box storage services in Dublin. But how is one to find out a reliable one ?

Some people use banks to hold them.

Most banks I believe no longer provide his service.
We keep ours at home in a small fireproof safe.

A certain bank offered a safe-keeping service for their customers - that is until the bank branch was flooded. The customer's idea of "safe-keeping" was they were kept safe. The bank's idea of "safe-keeping" was they were kept in a safe.

So choose carefully and read the terms and conditions.
