I'm trying to do a screengrab on 8.1 (the instructions on the web say the windows key and Print Screen will work but there's nothing doing with my PC) - any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Just print screen to get the whole screen or ALT+ print screen to get the active window.

This copies the image to the clipboard and you can paste it into mspaint to save it out to a file.

Alternatively, use the snipping tool to select an area
