I am thinking of doing a tour of the est coat Galway to Kerry. Has anyone here done this before? Any info you could share would be greatly appreciated

I'd go the other way for starters...
Prevailing wind, and taking the ring of Kerry opposite way to the tourist busses.

Kerry has a huge coastline, from Lauragh to Tarbert Ferry is about 375km if you go out to Dún Chaoin and back over the Connor Pass.
Clare is only about 180km including a detour down Loop head.
